Data quality is at the heart of our business. It not only involves state of the art internal end-to-end processes and quality assurance methodologies, but a close collaboration with third-parties and their areas of excellence. It’s only through a holistic approach, covering all aspects of data quality, that we will be able to maintain the highest standards of deliveries for our clients.

As one of the very foundations of Nepa, data quality does not come by a single means of action. It is the result of a highly focused comprehensive and collaborative effort, both internally and externally.

High quality and engaging surveys

Being at the very core of good quality research, our surveys are designed by industry experts and scripted by a dedicated programming team using one of the leading survey tools. In 2023, Nepa was awarded the Dynata Rise awards, which is a testament to us being among the best in the industry in achieving respondent engagement that leads to better quality answers.

Strong data supplier relationships

With a long background in research panel business – maintaining our own alongside working with other providers -we know what is required to ensure a healthy panel supply. We put extremely high demands on our data suppliers and require a constant focus and high standard quality frameworks, in order to secure consistency, representation, and authenticity when inviting our survey participants.

Fraud prevention and respondent engagement assessment

We have a toolbox of software that evaluates engagement during the survey flow, which is aligned with the overall respondent survey experience. AI is our current focus, through a survey scoring tool that will automatically disqualify respondents based on a series of evaluation factors.

On top of this, we are continuously piloting and evaluating newly developed 3rd party tools and methodologies to stay ahead of the rapidly increasing fraudulent activities within the market research industry.

Data processing, security, and aggregation

Processing millions of survey responses every year requires operational excellence and highly automated processes. We have developed in-house data processing technologies that serve our in-depth needs which, together with structured end-to-end processes in setup and maintenance, are able to provide client deliveries that can be trusted.
