Our speakers
As our opening speaker we’re honoured to welcome Ossi Ahto, one of Finland’s leading marketing thinkers. Ossi will challenge the idea of marketing as a support function and argue that marketing must drive business strategy and growth. He’ll explain how CMOs can speak the CFO’s language and position marketing spend as an investment, not just a cost. Ossi will also stress that data, AI and measurement only create value when tied to profitability and customer value.
Building on Ossi’s strategic framing, Andreas Nordfors will then translate those ideas into practical next steps. He will show how to define the right KPIs, embed repeatable processes and create a true “marketing measurement muscle” — so insight becomes action and marketing can do more with less. Expect concrete cases that demonstrate how a holistic, data-driven approach lets you steer, measure and optimise both brand and performance activities.
We’ll close with an in-depth panel discussion with marketing leaders and industry experts on how to maintain brand direction under changing market conditions and tighter budgets — tracking, adjusting in real time and securing long-term growth. The panel discussion is moderated by Matias Karhumäki, Nepa.
